Thin Red Line Tactical LLC ("TRLT," "we," "us," or "our") operates thinredlinetactical.com. We serve customers in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you browse our website, create an account, buy merchandise or webinar seats, participate in our giveaways, use rewards or referral features, sign up for emails, or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect contact and account information, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, login information, and messages you send us. If you use Facebook social login, we receive the account/profile information provided through that connection under your chosen permissions. If you participate as an affiliate, we also collect affiliate account information, tracked visits and referrals, commissions, and information needed for payouts. We collect order details, purchased items, seat or entry numbers, payment status, rewards activity, and referral information when you use those features. If you win a prize, we collect the information needed to verify eligibility and arrange fulfillment, such as delivery or pickup details and receiving-dealer information. Any additional information needed for a regulated transfer is handled for that purpose and as required by law.
Payments. Payments are handled through our payment-service providers. We receive transaction details needed to process orders, refunds, disputes, and fraud checks. Our checkout payment gateway is Authorize.Net. Card information entered at checkout is processed for payment through the gateway. If you choose to save a card, Authorize.Net stores the payment profile, and our store retains a profile reference and limited card information, such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date, for future payments. We do not promise that card data never passes through our website during payment processing.
Information collected automatically. Our website and service providers collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, dates and times, and interactions with our website. Cookies and similar technologies support shopping carts, login sessions, preferences, security, referral attribution, and email-related features. We use Google Analytics through MonsterInsights to measure website use, with demographics reporting enabled. We also use Mailchimp ecommerce integrations to sync store/customer information, attribute purchases to email activity, and track carts, including abandoned carts.
Email activity. Our email tools may record delivery, opens, link clicks, and related purchase activity to help measure emails and improve communications. These measurements are not always accurate, including when email software blocks or automatically loads content.
How we use information
We use information to operate our store and accounts; process payments and orders; manage webinar seats, giveaways, eligibility checks, and prize fulfillment; provide rewards and referral features; answer questions and provide support; send order, account, drawing, and fulfillment updates; send marketing emails where permitted; measure and improve our services; prevent fraud, spam, and misuse; and meet legal, recordkeeping, and dispute-related obligations.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that help run our business, including website hosting and security services, Authorize.Net for payments, Google Analytics for analytics, Mailchimp for email and ecommerce measurement, shipping services, and receiving dealers where needed for fulfillment. Our store also uses account/social-login, rewards, and affiliate tools to operate those features. We disclose information relevant to the services they provide. External providers handle information under their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable law.
We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect legal rights and safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale. We may also disclose information when you ask us to or give permission.
When we display participant or winner identifiers publicly, including in drawing videos and results, we use first name and last initial.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and your choices
You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect cart, login, rewards, referral, or other website functions. Third-party websites and services you visit through links or embedded content have their own privacy practices.
Google Analytics uses information about website activity to produce analytics reports. Demographics reporting is enabled in our site integration. Google and other third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies when you interact with their services. Mailchimp cart and ecommerce tracking also supports purchase attribution and cart follow-up.
Our website currently has no cookie-consent banner or cookie-preference center. It does not automatically change tracking in response to legacy Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals. You can contact us about privacy choices using the contact information below. Browser cookie settings may not stop every form of tracking. Third-party services, including Google, may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites under their own settings and privacy policies.
Marketing and service emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or contact us at support@thinredlinetactical.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed to manage your orders, account, prize fulfillment, or other services you request.
Access, corrections, and privacy requests
You can review and update available account information by signing in to your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about our privacy practices, email support@thinredlinetactical.com. You can also use the contact form on our website.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate your records. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may need to retain certain information for legal obligations, completed transactions, security, fraud prevention, or disputes.
Your legal rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. Where applicable law gives you privacy rights, we will handle requests as required by that law. This policy does not limit those rights.
California residents may also use the email address above to request information about disclosures covered by California's "Shine the Light" law, where applicable.
Retention
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including operating accounts, keeping transaction and fulfillment records, meeting legal obligations, and handling disputes, fraud, and security. Our store does not currently have automatic customer-account or order-data deletion periods configured, so those records remain stored unless removed through a separate process. Privacy requests are handled individually; an account or order is not automatically erased when a request is submitted. We retain records as needed for transactions, accounting, legal obligations, security, and disputes. A deletion request does not automatically erase records we must retain by law.
Security
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Children
Our giveaways are open only to eligible US residents age 18 and older under the applicable rules. Our website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@thinredlinetactical.com so we can review it and take appropriate action. Product, giveaway, and transfer eligibility requirements are stated separately in the applicable rules and terms.
