These terms cover your use of thinredlinetactical.com (the “Site”), run by Thin Red Line Tactical LLC (“TRLT,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States to create an account, buy a seat, or enter any giveaway. The Site is not for anyone under 18.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information when you register and when you buy, and keep it current. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Purchases
Webinar seats and merchandise are sold at the price shown at checkout. Seat purchases are final and governed by the Official Rules. Merchandise orders are final unless we say otherwise in writing or the law requires it. We may cancel an order and refund it if there is a pricing, stock, or payment error.
4. Giveaways
Every giveaway is run under our Official Rules: https://thinredlinetactical.com/terms-and-conditions/. The Official Rules control how you enter, how winners are drawn, and how prizes are claimed and shipped. Where these terms and the Official Rules conflict on a giveaway, the Official Rules win. No purchase is necessary to enter. The free method is in the Official Rules.

6. Acceptable use
Don’t cheat the Site. That means no fake or duplicate accounts, no bots or scripts to enter or buy, no abusing rewards, referrals, or coupons, no fraudulent payments, no interfering with the Site’s security or operation, and no scraping. We can void entries and orders tied to that behavior and block the accounts involved.
7. Our content
The Site, our name and logos, the webinars, videos, photos, and text belong to TRLT or its licensors. You can view them for personal use. Don’t copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers shown on the Site belong to their owners.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here limits any warranty the law says we cannot disclaim.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TRLT and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts located in Florida, consistent with the Official Rules for giveaway matters.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when posted here, and the date above changes. Using the Site after that means you accept the update.
